A lottery will be conducted within the general category if seats are vacant, and there are applicants with the same number of points.

January 18– January 27	Verification of original documents and payment of fees for the first list. (both days inclusive) from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Except on 19, 25 and 26 January

A draw of lots will be conducted within the general category if seats are vacant, and there are applicants with the same number of points.
A draw of lots may also be conducted for the sibling and alumni category, if required.
Classes for the newly admitted students will start in the first week of April.

Guidelines

Guidelines for filling up the online registration form for Pre-school classes for the session 2025-26

To avoid invalidation of the electronic application form, please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form.

1- . Do not use the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another, instead use the TAB KEY

2- After filling the relevant details please click on the check box to accept the DECLARATION.

3- After completing the application form, please click on the SUBMIT button.

4– To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.

5- Please enter your email Id and mobile number correctly to receive regular updates.

6- Each form will be issued a receipt and a unique application number after the acceptance of the form. Please take a printout of the receipt. This is a record of your application and will be required for any inquiries or correspondence.

7- For any queries regarding submission of online form please write to [email protected] or call/WhatsApp @ 7428706018 between 9AM to 4PM.

8- Rs. 25 will be charged as online application fee through Paytm gateway.

9- Uploading of documents is desirable but not mandatory.

10- Please keep the following scanned documents ready.

- Passport size photos – Child, Father and Mother
- Birth certificate of child
- Proof of residence
- Sibling proof
- First born affidavit
- Alumni proof
- For single parent – Legal papers of separation/custody document

Documents required for Admission

Birth certificate of the child

Proof of residence in the name of parents or child : passport / Voter I- card / Aadhar card / UID card / MTNL bill/ Electricity bill / water bill / Domicile certificate/ Lease deed/ Rent agreement

In case of sibling : latest fee bill / transfer certificate / school leaving certificate

In case of first born child : affidavit
In case of disability/special needs : medical certificates / assessment reports

Parents’ birth certificate / school leaving certificate / passport

Proof of employment / office identity card of parents

In case of alumni, parents’ school leaving certificate

Cancelled cheque (bank details) of one or both parents.
