The Vishaka Committee at the school enquires into the complaints of the female employees on matters related to sexual harassment. Inspired by Vishaka guidelines, the committee ensures the prevention and redressal of any instances of sexual harassment in the workplace. The committee also aims to create a safe environment for women and promotes equality and gender justice.
