Dear Parents / Guardians,
It’s time for our little scientists to show their talents after two years! The annual Science Fair for classes II & III is being held on the 25th of March, 2023, at Cambridge Primary School, New Friends Colony.
The science fair is an opportunity for our little scientists to share the simple phenomena they are curious about & explore in their daily lives.
Participating does not mean making complicated models or doing big experiments. The child should be able to do a project with help and guidance from you and should be able to understand what they have done / shown. This is not meant to be a competition. Participation is voluntary and will not be marked. Some experiment ideas are given in the Science Fair instructions (on the school website) and many ideas can be taken from our daily lives, books and the internet. Please read the instructions as given on the school website for a complete picture of what is expected from the participants.
We understand that this will be a family project and the children will most likely need parental guidance and assistance in preparing their projects – gathering material, making display boards, etc. Please do support your child but let it be an effort that the child can relate to and be able to speak about on her own. All projects MUST be accompanied by a three-sided self-supporting display board. Neat presentation on the display board is very important. Non-self-supporting displays will not be entered. THERMOCOL DISPLAY BOARDS/MODELS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

- Please take a print out and fill in the Entry Form enclosed with this letter and return it by March 01, 2023. Before filling up the entry form, please visit the school website https://nfc.cambridgeschool.edu.in/science-fair-for-classes-ii-and-iii/ in the circulars and reports section for complete instructions.
- Date & Timings of the fair: 25/03/23 between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
- Projects are due by March 22, 2023. Projects to be taken home immediately after the fair on the same day.
